Lead Data Strategist

As a client-focused senior data scientist, you will serve as the primary technical expert for enterprise customers. This role combines deep machine learning expertise with exceptional relationship-building skills to design and implement tailored AI/ML solutions that drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership
  • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end ML solutions, including predictive models, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications tailored to customer use cases
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and production implementations while ensuring seamless system integration
  • Technical Consulting: Conduct data assessments, provide ML strategy recommendations, and guide customers through model lifecycle management
  • Knowledge Sharing: Mentor customer teams and build internal data science capabilities through training and best practices sharing
  • Product Development: Gather customer feedback to enhance existing solutions and identify new product opportunities
Required Qualifications

Mastery of data science concepts and 5+ years hands-on experience with 2+ years in customer-facing or consulting roles

  • Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • Advanced Python/R programming skills and strong SQL capabilities
  • Deep learning, NLP, traditional ML algorithms, and generative AI/LLMs expertise

Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and possess excellent communication and presentation abilities
