Job Title: Business Growth Manager

The Sales Director will drive business expansion by identifying and securing large enterprise accounts. This involves developing strategic sales plans, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identifying and engaging potential customers with tailored solutions.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders across international markets.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Providing ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics and providing insights into customer needs.

Requirements include:

  • 3-4 years of experience within a CPG brand or SaaS platform with an MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build relationships with global executives.
  • Knowledge of business practices and negotiation strategies.
