Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our investment servicing team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction within the investor servicing domain.

About the Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and operational excellence in investor servicing.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global asset managers, fund administrators, and custodians to ensure alignment of services with client objectives.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee multiple service lines, including fund accounting, transfer agency, and custody services, to ensure consistent delivery, quality, and efficiency.
  • Talent Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 12+ years in investor servicing or fund operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Credentials: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong client management skills, deep understanding of investor servicing processes, regulations, and best practices, and proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
