Lead UI Designer

About us:

We are a dynamic team seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI Designer to join our collaborative environment. As the Lead UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and seamless experience of our digital products.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, building a scalable design system, adept with working with an Agile methodology and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Location & Work Arrangement:

  • This is a hybrid role where you are expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
  • You will have the opportunity to lead dynamic projects with collaborative teams that leverage the latest technologies.
  • Travel for client engagements in India and Abroad is an essential commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
  • Design Execution: Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and visual assets for different applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into polished visual designs.
  • User-Centred Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
