  • Create and implement academic programs aligned with University, UGC, and statutory council norms.
  • Oversee curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and continuous assessment.
  • Mentor faculty in research, publications, and participation in academic forums.
  • Evaluate clinical training and integration with hospital services.
  • Lead day-to-day administration of the Physiotherapy Department.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (UGC, State Council, University guidelines).
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate faculty and staff performance.
  • Manage resources and ensure infrastructure adequacy.
  • Guarantee adherence to accreditation standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of academic, clinical, and administrative activities.
  • Facilitate audits, inspections, and approvals from governing bodies.
  • Foster collaboration with healthcare institutions, universities, and professional organizations.
  • Organize workshops, conferences, and events to enhance learning exposure.
  • Engage with stakeholders to strengthen institutional reputation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: MPT / Ph.D. in Physiotherapy (specialization desirable in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Cardio-respiratory).
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of teaching/clinical experience, including at least 5 years in a Professor/Head role.
