Join a leading research team as we seek an experienced Equity Research Associate to support our sell-side operations in India. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in equity research and financial modeling to contribute to our investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and update comprehensive financial models using scenario analysis to provide actionable insights for our portfolio managers.
  • Conduct DCF, relative, SOTP, and other relevant valuation methods to develop accurate assumptions and valuations.
  • Screen large datasets to identify potential investment opportunities and assist in investment decisions.
  • Prepare earnings reviews, preview reports, and attend management meetings to stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Develop pitch notes and presentations to effectively communicate research findings.
  • Collect and analyze news articles to inform investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in equity research with a proven track record of successful research projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling software and tools.
