Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform with high availability is crucial for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
  • This leader will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches and customer adoption, making strategic decisions that balance engineering, business, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 10+ years leading SaaS platform/product development in Agile environments, with proven leadership managing engineering organizations of 100+ team members across diverse skill sets.
  • They should possess deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing, as well as strong understanding of software & infrastructure cost dynamics.
  • A technical background in Java, .NET, AWS, RedHat, ETL tools, and front-end technologies is essential for this role.
