Aadhaar PAN Financial Operations Specialist

This role will be pivotal in managing financial operations related to Aadhaar-PAN linking for customers. We are seeking a diligent individual to assist in the end-to-end management of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, ensuring all financial entries are accurately recorded.
Key Responsibilities- Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation and recording penalties and fees accurately.
- Data Entry & Reconciliation: Input and maintain accurate financial data in our systems, perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges and opportunities for improvement, assist in ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.
