Housekeeping Associate Position

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to support our Housekeeping and Laundry teams in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of work, guaranteeing seamless room availability and floor supervision.
  • Maintain high operating standards in Housekeeping and Laundry as per hotel brand standards, upholding excellence in every detail.
  • Monitor team member performance, provide training, and emphasize teamwork to drive success.
  • Provide excellent guest service by actively working on room readiness and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Manage department controls, including employee schedules, master keys, and inventory management with precision.
Requirements:
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Good oral and written communication skills to engage with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Previous experience in Laundry operations is preferred, but not mandatory. We are open to training the right candidate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships within the team and with external partners.
  • Proficiency in intermediate level computers and Microsoft Office to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
