Cloud ERP Job Opportunity

This role involves proactively managing and coordinating technical changes across the organization in Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP systems.
  • Manage environment setup, instance refreshes, upgrades, patching, testing, and post-refresh management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Implement user security, roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  • Manage access, provision roles, and data access based on organization-defined policies.
  • Create custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per business requirements.
  • SUPPORT corporate Single Sign On accounts and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Monitor application performance and architecture, maintaining cloud reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  • Coordinate and resolve system administration tasks through Service Requests (SRs).
  • Evaluate segregation of duties implementation and support SOX-related activities.
  • Collaborate with integration and CRM teams to align on refresh cycles.
  • Audit end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Interact with auditors to meet compliance requirements and provide supporting documents.
  • Regularly review and audit application licenses to ensure they are within purchased quota.
  • Remediate security-related enhancements and impacts provided with Oracle patches and quarterly releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study.
  • 6-8 years progressive experience in IT, at least 5 years in managing/administering Oracle Fusion cloud ERP.
  • Fundamental understanding of Oracle security and administrative components and concepts.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion pods management.
  • Advanced skills in SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of SQL language, SOA, REST Services, database objects.
  • Strong ability to create reports using BIP/OTBI.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Security architecture and user security updates.
  • Understanding of financial modules and security roles.
  • Assistance with quarterly Oracle upgrades.
  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
