About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hair Transplant Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our hair restoration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of hair transplant procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operation theater, instruments, and materials for hair transplant procedures (FUE).
• Assist the surgeon during graft extraction, dissection, counting, and implantation.
• E nsure strict aseptic and sterilization protocols are followed at all times.
• Provide pre-operative patient preparation and counseling.
• Monitor patient vitals and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Educate patients about post-transplant care, medication, and recovery.
• Maintain detailed patient records and procedure logs.
• Handle emergency situations during or after the procedure efficiently.
• Support overall clinic activities when not in surgery (patient care, stock management, sterilization).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Diploma / B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration.
• Prior experience in dermatology / cosmetic surgery / OT nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of hair transplant techniques (FUE) is an advantage.
• Excellent hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work long surgical hours with focus and precision.
