Job Opportunity

We are a technology-driven organization seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the development of innovative power electronics solutions. Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.

The selected individual will oversee diverse functions including engineering, product roadmaps, market strategy, risk management, and team development to drive business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations.
  • Overseeing the entire product development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Managing daily operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing teams, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D/plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
