Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the implementation of the sports curriculum, manage multiple sports disciplines, and promote a culture of excellence in sports and physical education. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the sports curriculum, integrating international standards and best practices.
  • Mentoring and guiding sports coaches and PE instructors, ensuring continuous professional development and performance excellence.
  • Designing training programs tailored to individual and team needs, focusing on skill development, physical fitness, and overall sportsmanship.
  • Collaborating with the school administration to ensure the provision of necessary facilities, equipment, and resources for all sports activities.
  • Organizing and overseeing sports events, tournaments, and inter-school competitions, promoting student participation and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is required, along with minimum 8-10 years of experience in sports management and physical education, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in handling multiple sports activities and working with international curricula (IB, IGCSE, ICSE) is essential.
