Essential to the success of our organization is a seasoned Legal Manager who can oversee legal and regulatory affairs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A post-qualification experience of 3-5 years from a reputable law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines for NBFCs, SEBI, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, M&A, and/or general corporate legal matters is essential.

Key responsibilities include advising on commercial agreements, supporting general corporate legal matters, creating processes for efficient contract negotiation and management, and engaging with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Legal Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth while maintaining strong governance and risk management practices.
