Marketing Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our premium beauty brand.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment where no two days are the same. You'll have the chance to touch every aspect of marketing, from influencer outreach and PR drops to email campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support launch campaigns by working on digital, offline, and partnership initiatives.
  • Create and schedule email/WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effective engagement.
  • Assist with public relations activities, such as media list building, PR drops, and coverage tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A resourceful and creative problem-solver, able to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for beauty and pop culture, with a keen eye for emerging trends and consumer behavior.
