This role presents a unique opportunity to build applications from vision to production, driving innovation and pushing boundaries.

We are seeking an experienced engineer with expertise in building RESTful APIs using NodeJS, front-end components using React JS/ES7/VueJS, and asynchronous programming including Promises, async/await, & ES7 generators.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong bias for action and ownership, prioritized execution, and be able to work within cloud-native applications deployed in AWS infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building scalable Node.js APIs using AWS Lambdas
  • Developing robust front-end components using React, Redux, and ES6/7
  • Collaborating with relational databases such as MySQL and Postgres
  • Deploying applications using AWS technologies like Cloud Formation, Route53, and Code Deploy

Desirable qualities include previous exposure or desire to lead the development team, startup experience, ability to work with offshore developers, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Wiki, and other development tools.
