Event Production Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to lead the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events, promoting brand engagement and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects, including venue selection, setup, design, lighting, and event logistics.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver set designs accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for set design, lighting, stage, and event production services.
  • Liaise with venues and hotels to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event details.
  • Maintain a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference.
  • Bring creative ideas and innovative thinking to event setups, ensuring engaging designs and memorable experiences.
  • Stay updated with new-age technologies in event production and integrate them into projects for enhanced impact.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
