Backend Developer Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Backend Lead to join our team. This role requires expertise in the Java ecosystem, modern architectural patterns, and cloud-native development.


About the Role:

This position involves leading the design and development of robust, scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. As a Backend Lead, you will mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and leverage Agentic AI tools for code modernization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 8-11 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
  2. Deep expertise in the Java ecosystem, including Spring Boot and Microservices.
  3. Experience with cloud-native development and modern architectural patterns.
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
