Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager who can own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives that power our global products and client solutions. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead multiple concurrent, complex technology projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed, agile squads.

You will work autonomously and collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive progress against goals, and deliver scalable solutions that make an impact worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans to meet business objectives
  • Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success
  • Driving progress against goals and delivering high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in program management, preferably in the sports technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex technology projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
