Lead Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead consulting projects in the hospitality industry. This role involves strategic planning, project execution, and ensuring timely completion within established parameters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication, and excellent problem-solving abilities. He/She should also have experience working in complex environments and managing multiple stakeholders. The following are key responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans.
  • Managing day-to-day activities and adhering to Company SOPs and approval processes.
  • Coodinating consultant, analyst, and partner work to achieve project milestones.
  • Effective client communication, managing expectations, and satisfaction.
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitoring risks and developing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting, preferably in real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
