**What You'll Do:**

  • Gather and document business requirements to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Design and develop high-performance applications using Oracle VBCS and OIC integrations.
  • Develop OTBI and Financial Reporting Center solutions to drive business insights.
  • Write efficient code and optimize application performance.
  • Maintain and update existing applications as needed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improvement initiatives.
  • Provide production support and solve requests for data updates or minor enhancements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in software development and a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience as an Oracle VBCS /OIC Developer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle development tools and technologies.
  • Proficient in programming using PL/SQL and SQL Concepts.
  • Good knowledge on Oracle ERP or Fusion Cloud, Finance modules knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
