Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Consultant to design and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing.

The role involves the end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems to streamline procurement operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across multiple projects.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions effectively.
  • Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules efficiently.
  • Stay updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.
