About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ariba Sourcing Solutions Expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Ariba Sourcing solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes and deliver value through digital sourcing transformation.
  • Support end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Integrate Ariba with ERP systems as required.
  • Provide functional expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
  • Stay updated on Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Ariba downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
