Senior Credit Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our credit management team, you will play a critical role in assessing home loan applications and making timely and high-quality credit decisions.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about finance and has a strong understanding of Australian credit policies and guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all credit decisions meet regulatory requirements and SLA standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess home loan applications based on Australian credit policies and guidelines.
- Perform income verification, credit checks, property valuation reviews, and responsible lending assessments.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, and internal teams for clarifications or documentation gaps.
- Provide timely and high-quality credit decisions while meeting SLA and compliance standards.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of mortgage underwriting experience in the Australian home loan domain.
- Strong understanding of Australian credit policies, responsible lending guidelines, and loan origination systems.
