
Online Marketplace Sales Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Amazon Seller Account Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Amazon seller accounts across multiple online stores, including product listing, catalog management, sponsored ads, promotions, performance health, FBA and compliance.
Job Description:- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Amazon seller accounts (India and global marketplaces).
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and images).
- Ensure accurate product categorization, keyword optimization, and SEO best practices.
- Monitor account health (performance metrics, policy compliance, feedback, and reviews).
- Account & Store Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Amazon seller accounts (India and global marketplaces).
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and images).
- Ensure accurate product categorization, keyword optimization, and SEO best practices.
- Monitor account health (performance metrics, policy compliance, feedback, and reviews).
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Monitor ACoS, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Implement seasonal promotions, coupons, deals, and Lightning Deals.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, ads, and inventory performance.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to improve account growth.
- Provide actionable insights and growth strategies to clients and management.
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned seller accounts.
- Collaborate with creative, catalog, and compliance teams to ensure smooth account operations.
- Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues (suppressed listings, stranded inventory, policy violations).
- Ensure seller accounts remain compliant with Amazon's policies.
- Handle cases related to suspensions, listing removals, or IP infringements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and seller rating.
