Senior Agentic AI Engineer

As a highly skilled and passionate Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions from architectural design to successful deployment in a production environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build scalable backend systems that integrate with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Develop sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies.
