Product Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist, you will ensure the quality of our browser extensions and web applications through manual and automated testing. Your role involves developing comprehensive test plans, executing test cases, and verifying fixes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute thorough test plans for technical products.
- Perform manual testing to identify defects and report issues in websites and browser extensions.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and provide detailed bug reports.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams for effective communication of testing results.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of testing progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in testing technical products (web applications).
- Familiarity with various browsers, including Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Knowledge of Puppeteer and Selenium is advantageous.
