From a CRM implementation shop, we've evolved into a full-scale revenue consultancy. Now, we seek an Outbound Specialist to help us scale our sales engine through world-class outbound campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans aligned with business goals and target markets
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns for maximum impact
  • Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence to refine our approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and feedback from various stakeholders
  • Build data-driven dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Coach and guide team members on best practices in outbound marketing

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
  • Proficiency in CRM and outbound automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator)
  • Deep understanding of sales funnel metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
