The Role

This high-impact role involves working closely with our CEO on strategic initiatives. As a key partner, you'll be responsible for solving complex problems, managing partnerships, driving growth and supporting organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve cross-functional problems that require innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales to maximize revenue by identifying and fixing funnel leakages, shaping pricing strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention and churn
  • Own and drive key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, improving onboarding processes and driving org health projects
  • Support strategic hiring efforts, workforce planning and closing key roles in Sales, CS and Ops
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, ensuring resources and targets are aligned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of early-stage startup experience on the business side
  • Love all things business and sales, and be willing to get hands dirty to get the job done
  • Ability to context-switch between domains without losing depth
  • Comfortable with early-stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder
  • High agency and adaptability to make things happen
