About the Team: The Oil and Gas Vertical Focused Offline Payment Solution Team is responsible for payment solutions for oil and gas stations, including QR code and POS machine payments. We deal with petrol and gas station merchants and other retail businesses, handling end-to-end sales and operations. Our team onboards new merchants for offline solutions and services existing merchants, maintaining good relationships with PSU companies and oil marketing companies.
About the Role: As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for selling products or services for a company and representing their brand. You will manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact from initial lead outreach to purchase. Your key responsibilities will include managing a sales team, handling customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be responsible for meeting sales targets and revenue growth.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sales background, with experience in channel sales and team management. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of sales metrics and be able to analyze data to drive sales growth. Additionally, you will need to have a strong network and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders.
