Job Title: Automation and Control Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automation and Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation systems that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement automation solutions that improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain and support existing automation systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automation and control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in system integration, SCADA, and/or MES application development.
  • Strong knowledge of automation protocols, such as Ignition, Rockwell, Wonderware, and GE.
  • Proficient in programming languages, including VB, Python, SQL, and C++.
  • Familiarity with virtualization tools, cloud platforms, and IoT edge devices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
