Job Title:

BIM Team Lead

As a seasoned BIM professional, you will lead the integration of design technology and BIM workflows across various project phases.

This role requires strong technical skills in Revit, Autodesk tools, and collaboration with global teams to ensure seamless execution of BIM projects.

  • Coordinate BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects within the studio
  • Collaborate with global BIM leaders to implement firm-wide standards and best practices
  • Model and manage complex architectural projects using Revit
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries
  • Conduct quality control checks for Revit models and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination
  • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models and cloud-based platforms
  • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit and other design technology tools
  • Maintain project documentation in alignment with firm-wide BIM protocols

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline, 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role, and strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools.

  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD)
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects
  • Working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, or other visualization/scripting tools is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise with global teams and non-BIM stakeholders
  • Proactive, process-driven, and able to balance strategy and execution
