Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate BIM processes within construction projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and data integration
  • Utilize Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, Evolve/Sysque, and apply pipe and duct fabrication/construction standards throughout project delivery

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit for MEP projects
  • Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination
  • Ability to model Mechanical room to the fabrication level detail from schematics is essential
  • Proficiency with Fabrication CAD MEP and Evolve/Sysque tools
  • Knowledgeable in pipe and duct fabrication and construction standards

Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a team environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.
