Job Title: Power Platform Developer 

As a key contributor to our digital transformation, you will design and build innovative business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Your expertise will enable low-code/no-code innovation, streamline workflows, enhance data visibility, and modernize our operational ecosystem.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions. This includes developing custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), building automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop, creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions, integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps), leveraging Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration, and applying best practices for architecture, governance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Leverage Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration.
  • Apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.
  • BE/B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related domain.
