Senior Power Platform Developer

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires technical leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and mentorship of junior developers.

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, fostering a secure and compliant environment.
  • Mentorship: Coach and guide junior developers to strengthen their skills and foster growth within the team.

Add-On: Pune Role:

  • Project Management: Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team together with Product Owner and Architect, to meet expected deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process, and improve DevOps processes like automated code quality checks, testing, CI/CD processes, monitoring, component libraries etc.

Core Platform – Governance:

  • Governance Development: Lead the development of governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Governance Strategy: Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.

Educational Requirement:

  • Degree: Graduate from a reputable institute.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications.

Experience Requirement:

  • Years of Experience: 12 – 16 years of relevant experience working Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
