Key Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Transportation Management System (TMS) consultant with expertise in designing and implementing transportation solutions to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of TMS systems, including shipment planning engine rules, routing criteria, and lane rates.Primary Responsibilities:Develop detailed designs for transportation solutions that meet customer needs
  - Collaborate with customers and business teams to identify requirements and develop solution designs
  - Conduct technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders to finalize designs and implementation strategies
  - Develop operational flow, detail design documents, demonstrations, and implementation strategy to ensure successful project delivery
  - Oversee the use of appropriate tools to ensure quality procedures are followed and projects released are bug-free
  - Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and knowledgeRequired Skills and Qualifications:Extensive knowledge of transportation management systems, including shipment planning engine rules, routing criteria, routing strategy, routing templates, parameter sets, and related configurations
  - Familiarity with MATM base data, such as equipment, path sets, lanes and rates, mode, service level, product class, transit time, and UoM
  - Understanding of order management side of MAWM, appointment and cut-off time management, tracking management, integration with third-party carriers, brokers, visibility partners, and future needs like freight invoice management
