This role is to support solution design, extension development, and consulting activities ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Individuals will be part of a digital/IT team dedicated to the Active Transportation Management Program. The team consists of consultants, analysts, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct technical and functional discussions with customers and business teams to design, finalize, and develop enhancements
  • To develop operational flows, detail design documents, demonstrations, and implementation strategies
  • To contribute ideas toward enhancement and/or modification of designs to improve the product
  • To work closely with teams in coaching, mentoring, and offering guidance from time to time
  • To comply with common work processes, standards, tools, and coordinate testing activities across project teams
  • To oversee the use of appropriate tools, ensure quality procedures are followed, and projects released are bug-free
  • To mentor other consultants within the team

Prior experience/expertise on Transport Management deployment in Europe, Americas, and APAC regions is essential. Understanding nuances of transportation rules in these regions is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Shipment planning engine rules – Routing criteria, Routing strategy, routing template, parameter set & related configurations
  • MATM base data: equipment, path sets, lanes and rates, modes, service levels, product classes, transit times, units of measurement, etc.
  • Order management side of MAWM – aggregation, prioritization, pipeline, cubing, etc., and their impact on TM
  • Appointment and cut-off time management
  • Tracking management
  • Integration with third-party carriers, brokers, visibility partners, etc.
