Job Description

We are seeking an experienced R&D Process Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, exploring, and implementing new technologies to enhance and secure global positioning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing research methods to focus on future technical direction and future scenarios in transforming technology landscapes.
  • Preparing technical specifications and specifying laboratory test equipment and processes.
  • Making recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials within set targets.
  • Participating in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications.
  • Coordinating pilot-plant or initial production runs on new products or processes.
  • Requirements:
  • A PhD or master's degree with research experience in industry in the areas of material science, chemical, industrial technologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of R&D experience in industrial processes involving drying, fluid treatment, and vacuum technologies.
  • Prior experience in the transformer industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in experimental validation and implementation of new process technologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in modern tools for process monitoring, simulation, and digitalization.
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work across interdisciplinary topics.
  • Familiarity with CAD modeling software such as CREO or similar software is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within international and remote teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
