We're seeking a skilled Counselling Manager to join our team and empower students in their academic journeys.

This role involves shaping student paths from initial counselling sessions to university acceptances.

The Opportunity

As a Counselling Manager, you will lead a team of counselors, collaborate with mentors, and personally support ambitious students in developing strong academic profiles.

You'll contribute to our mission by enhancing team capabilities, elevating strategic planning, and delivering outstanding student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and support for students through undergraduate admissions process.
  • Guiding students in developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles.
  • Strategizing personalized student journeys, including subject selection and long-term academic planning.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on all application components.
  • Mentoring complex student cases.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of counselors.
  • Coordinating with internal teams.
  • Organizing internal trainings and case reviews.
  • Providing expert guidance on U.S., U.K., and Canadian admissions platforms.
  • Maintaining clear communication with students and parents.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in any discipline (preferably from or with experience studying in the U.S., U.K., or Canada).
  • 2–4 years of experience in academic counseling, university admissions, or education advisory roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in academic and admissions writing.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with undergraduate/postgraduate platforms strongly preferred.
  • A passion for education, student growth, and lifelong learning.
