Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Solutions Architect. This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation of planning applications for the retail industry, with a focus on providing expert advice and guidance to customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in implementing planning solutions for the retail industry, with hands-on experience in implementing key retail planning processes such as Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment and Retail Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the complete lifecycle of an implementation project from design to delivery of planning solutions to customers.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business process, technical architecture and value proposition.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution process.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Super Users and End Users, globally.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience with implementing planning applications for Retail Industry is a MUST.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing solutions for one or more key retail planning processes such as Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment and Retail Forecasting.
  • Deep experience in end-to-end lifecycle of implementation; phases such as blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
  • Strong ability to lead by example and demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain.
