We are seeking a skilled Background Verification Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding documentation for candidates.
  • Coordinate with agencies, such as BGC, HireRight, FADV, and LabCorp.
  • Work on VMS / Beeline tools.
  • Set up new client accounts & complete onboarding activities.
  • Follow up with candidates & agencies to expedite background verification.
  • Attend client calls for audits & background check requirements.

**Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Background Verification.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Attention to detail & strong follow-up skills.
