Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our ICT division as we continue to expand our services.

This role involves coordinating and managing transition activities, overseeing multiple work groups and tasks, developing effective communication with stakeholders and customers, and tracking key project tasks and milestones.

  • Coordinate and manage transition activities to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Oversee multiple work groups and tasks, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and customers
  • Track key project tasks, milestones, and dependencies to monitor progress
  • Create and maintain project portfolios to meet reporting and project requirements
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture and clarify project and client requirements
  • Analyse customer requirements and ensure accurate provisioning of customer work orders
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across all teams involved in the project
  • Provide regular progress updates, highlighting challenges or delays, and offering solutions with clear timeframes
  • Achieve agreed KPIs and performance targets
