Manufacturing Operations Specialist

This role involves handling shift maintenance activities for oral dosage/LVP manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with GMP/GEP/GDP regulations.

  • Ensure safety standards are met as per industry guidelines
  • Work flexible hours, including shifts, whenever required
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, equipment, and components using test tools and hand tools
  • Review and maintain PLC systems, SCADA, servo motors, drives, control valves & switches, VFDs, relays, and electronic circuits
  • Responsible for instrument calibration and quality management system documentation
  • Handle equipment safely by applying lockout/tagout procedures during maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs
  • Supervise electrical works during new installations
  • Attend training programs to enhance knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Provide a safe working environment for staff members and prevent electricity-related accidents
