We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead our infrastructure operations as a Senior VMware Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments, with a strong focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic plans for the deployment, management, and optimization of VMware infrastructure.

• Ensuring high availability, performance, and security across virtual and physical systems.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

• Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.

• Strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.

• Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.

• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.

• Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
