We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Job Description:
    • This position involves guiding and supporting students who wish to pursue higher studies in the UK. The primary goal is to provide exceptional student counseling services, ensuring that each individual receives tailored guidance and support throughout their educational journey.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling first-level counseling for UK study inquiries, including eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs. They will also explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists, providing clear and concise information to students.
    • In addition, this role requires explaining financial requirements clearly and assisting students with education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Counseling: Provide expert guidance on UK study systems, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs. Assist students in understanding visa requirements, application processes, and documentation checklists.
    • Application Process: Collect and verify documents from students, submit files for document assessment via partners, and follow up on offer letters and delays.
    • Visa Stage: Prepare students for CAS interviews, fill and verify UK visa forms, assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents, and submit final visa applications through partner systems.
  • Post-Visa Support:
    • Provide ongoing support to students in pre-departure activities, including accommodation, ticketing guidance, and orientation. Maintain regular communication until students depart.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate CRM entries for every inquiry and application stage. Prepare weekly pipeline reports showcasing inquiries, registrations, offers, CAS approvals, and visa successes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati).
  • Knowledge of UK study systems, tuition fees, scholarships, and living costs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to explain financial requirements clearly and provide guidance on education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
