  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, implement, and support the SAP Policy Management (FS-PM) and SAP Claims Management (FS-CM) modules.
  • Assist in the gathering, documentation, and analysis of system and business requirements for complex multiplatform applications.
  • Configure and customize, multiplatform SAP application modules.
  • Develop and execute test plans for the most complex SAP application modules.
  • Troubleshoot problems and recommend modifications to systems leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery satisfies the system and business requirements.
  • Work as on-call support (on rotation basis).

As a Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work independently within assigned areas regarding SAP configuration and solution design. You will be responsible for documenting, evaluating every test case for detailed unit, regression testing, and discussing and having awareness of each phase of implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in SAP configuration, who has hands-on experience with implementation of new SAP enhancements and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or business, or equivalent experience, and at least 4 years of relevant SAP experience.

The primary function of this role is to support the ongoing FS-PM and FS-CM support and implementation in the system. As part of our established SAP team, under general direction, the successful candidate will serve as subject matter expert for the SAP for Financial Services Policy Management and Financial Services Claims Management modules after full implementation is completed.
