Content Strategist

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute B2B content strategies for SaaS, IT, and tech brands.
  • Create compelling copy for whitepapers, case studies, websites, email campaigns, ad campaigns, brochures, and social media.
  • Produce thought leadership content that positions clients as industry leaders.
  • Maintain messaging consistency across platforms and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Mentor junior writers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Present ideas and content concepts to clients confidently.
Optimization & Trends:
  • Monitor content performance and refine for better results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital media platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B writing, ideally with a digital agency background.
  • Specialization: SaaS, IT, and technology clients.
  • Excellent storytelling and persuasive writing skills.
  • Able to simplify technical content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong command of US English (and Hindi a plus).
  • SEO content creation and familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong client-handling abilities.
    • Open to feedback and collaborative in approach.
    • Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with non-routine content such as award submissions, product launches, and brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and trends in content creation.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
