Job Opportunity: High-Speed Electrical Validation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled High-Speed Electrical Validation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for validating the electrical performance of high-speed interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and analyze the electrical performance of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe Gen5/6, LPDDR4/5, DDR4/5, and Ethernet (10G, 25G).
  • Perform statistical data analysis to validate performance against specifications.
  • Develop scripts to control test and measurement equipment, thermal controllers, and silicon configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and triage validation issues.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with HSIO interface electrical measurements.
  • Strong teamwork and independent contribution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in BERTs, VNAs, Oscilloscopes, and other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of Signal Integrity fundamentals.
  • Excellent silicon and platform debug skills.
  • Experience in hardware control software development.
  • Basic knowledge of LabVIEW or Python scripting.

Preferred Expertise:

  • High-speed system design and electrical compliance for protocols.
  • Understanding of S-parameters and their role in validation.
  • Experience with high-speed oscilloscopes and analyzers.
  • Willingness to learn new electrical protocols.
  • Compliance expertise in at least two protocols: DDR5, LPDDR5x, eDP, HDMI, USB3/4, PCIe.
