Responsibilities- Oversee Proximity's AI/ML solutions, performance engineering, and data engineering verticals.
- Ensure we stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge technologies and future-proof client solutions.
- Lead transformative projects that influence tens of millions of users and set industry standards.
- Shape the future of technology and drive impactful change.
- 10+ years in technology roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions, ideally within high-growth companies or startups.
- Strong background in AI/ML solutions, backend technologies (Node.js, Go, Java), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Next.js and tools such as Docker and Terraform is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor large, diverse teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in navigating resource-constrained environments using first-principles thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at bridging technical and business conversations.
