Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce professional to develop and execute a cross-border e-commerce strategy that drives profitable growth in online sales and commercial activities.

  • The ideal candidate will define performance goals on Cross Border e-commerce sales and consumer engagement, working closely with global teams to identify priority brands/categories for cross border e-commerce sales and consumer engagement.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying key business partners and defining collaboration areas, developing partnership models that align with strategic goals and cost/benefit ratio.
  • The successful candidate will advise senior management on selecting geographies/brands that meet strategic objectives and offer a strong cost/benefit ratio.
Main Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop a target shopper profile, product portfolio, pricing, and assortment strategy to drive sales growth.
  • Organize internal teams and recruit additional talent as needed to support sales initiatives.
  • Work with tool providers, e-commerce partners, distributors, and third-party operators to diagnose performance drivers and improve sales results.
Consumer Engagement:

Audience Development:

  • Define the target audience, platforms, and engagement channels to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Develop engaging content to build brand reputation and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute paid, earned, and owned media campaigns.
